This led to LAUNCH/Making Do group exhibition in the Lab Gallery, Dublin. From this exhibition
she received a solo show in Four Gallery, Dublin and a residency in Fire Station Artist’s Studios.
She completed a four month residency at Cittadellarte, Fondazione Pistoletto, Biella, Italy. Currently undertaking an MA at Chelsea College of Art, London. Is involved in several social and cultural artistic projects, notably long term collaboration with Rotimi Babatunde called Pathways of Movement

My work is socially interactive. My role is researcher, instigator, organiser and editor, involving layers of process and collaborations. I have been working with a group of Nigerian people living at a reception centre in Dublin who are seeking asylum in Ireland. I am interested in studying the notion of migration for a better standard of living, African culture and traditions, and how they are left behind in migrant communities far from home. I am also interested in how immigrants have adapted to their new circumstances- the culture and traditions of Ireland and the effects of living in the regulated environment of the hostel.

The content and form of the work are the conversations, interactions, bonds and exchanges I make with these people, which is defined as a result of a shared process. My work does not set out to judge, teach, cure, or even change anything in the lives of these people. Instead, it opens up a space in which private, unidentified worlds can be researched, rethought and represented in a public space.
